You need a ride or the XR needs a ride or both?

Travis, I'm on the same schedule and in the same boat. Maybe we can figure something out?

As far as dirt riding goes, new rims are not in the budget this year so I am probably going to try Distanzia's when the stock tires wear out. Even with the stock tires I'll still try some off road stuff down there. As far as transportation there is a possibility that I could help with a bike but, the van is full unless you want to ride on the roof  Plus I am not leaving until 6/5.

Oh and if you decide that you want to ride on the roof you will be required to do a Teen Wolf impersonation for the duration of the trip Image

OK, let's talk up at Euro on Friday and see what we can work out. Maybe I rent a truck up this way drive down to get you and we split the cost of the rental and gas?

Bah. Alright, let me get some prices, etc. and I'll give you a call. When are you back in town? You think we can fit both bikes in a pickup bed?

Should not be a problem with a full size pickup, probably would be good if you had a sport chock for each bike. I think you may find it cheaper to rent a cargo van than a full size pickup. Not to mention your bikes will be out of the elements during transpo.

Checking in on the 31st and leaving early on the 5th, maybe after a last morning jaunt

I'm coming down Sunday and probably leaving on Wednesday night too, although I have nothing scheduled for the 5th yet.

Thanks for the cargo van idea, Jason! I'm still working out a transport solution.

Is anyone taking Blonde1over up on his offer to let one of you use his trailer since he isn't going?
You could probably fit 4 bikes on that beast pretty easily

I would if I had something to tow it with! My Jetta's front wheels would be off the ground. And I think just one bike is gonna look pretty silly on that fine trailer. . . :)

That said, it's a very generous offer!
